Welcome to www.kolohub.com (the “Site”), operated by koloHUB, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit organization registered in Knoxville, Tennessee. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About koloHUB

koloHUB operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, providing humanitarian and medical relief to war-impacted people and animals in Ukraine. Information about our work, finances, and governance is available on our Reports page and our Transparency & Disclosures page.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting infrastructure;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;

• use automated tools to scrape or harvest personal information from the Site;

• misrepresent your affiliation with koloHUB; or

• use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, graphics, and page design — are the property of koloHUB or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The koloHUB name and logo are marks of koloHUB.

• Media and partners: You may use koloHUB’s official brand assets in accordance with the guidelines published on our Brand Book page, for the purpose of covering or supporting our work.

• Everyone else: You may view and share Site content for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution to koloHUB. Any other use requires our prior written permission (contact@koloHUB.com).

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any koloHUB content or marks to you.

4. Donations

All donations made through the Site are governed by our Donation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal and Zeffy) under their own terms of service.

5. Events

Event registrations are subject to the event details published on the Site and to our Donation & Refund Policy. koloHUB events may be photographed or recorded for our charitable communications; see the Event Photography Notice on our Events page.

6. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including PayPal, Zeffy, Amazon (wish lists), Facebook, Instagram, and partner organizations. These are provided for your convenience. koloHUB does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Your Submissions

Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and yours to share. If you voluntarily send us photographs, stories, or testimonials, you grant koloHUB a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use them in our charitable communications (such as our website, social media, and reports) and to share them with partner organizations for use in communications about our joint work, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. We will always try to credit contributors where appropriate.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content on the Site is for general information about our work and is not professional, legal, medical, or tax advice. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koloHUB, its directors, officers, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site or any linked third-party service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold koloHUB and its directors, officers, and volunteers harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
