Thank you for supporting koloHUB. Every gift helps us deliver humanitarian and medical relief to war-impacted people and animals in Ukraine. This policy explains how donations are handled, how they are used, and what to do if something goes wrong with a transaction.

Our Tax-Exempt Status

koloHUB is a nonprofit public benefit organization recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 88-4151098). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated. If a contribution does include goods or services (for example, an event ticket that includes a meal), only the amount above their fair market value is deductible, and your receipt will say so.

• Campaign-designated gifts (for example, gifts made through a specific Zeffy campaign) are used for that campaign’s purpose. If a campaign becomes fully funded, cannot be completed, or circumstances in Ukraine change, koloHUB will redirect the remaining funds to the purpose within our mission that most closely matches the original intent of the gift.

Online donations are processed securely by PayPal and Zeffy. koloHUB never sees or stores your full payment card number. Payment processors may deduct transaction fees under their own terms; unless you choose to cover them, koloHUB receives the net amount.

You will receive an email receipt automatically for each online donation. If you need a duplicate receipt or an annual giving statement, email contact@koloHUB.com and we will be glad to provide one.

You can change or cancel a recurring donation at any time — either through your PayPal or Zeffy account, or by emailing contact@koloHUB.com. Changes apply to future charges; they do not affect gifts already processed.

Because donations are charitable contributions, they are generally final and non-refundable once made. However, we will promptly correct genuine errors. If you experience any of the following, contact us at contact@koloHUB.com within 30 days of the transaction:

If koloHUB cancels an event, paid registrations will be refunded in full. If you can no longer attend, contact us at least 7 days before the event and we will refund your registration where possible; requests made later than that will be gratefully treated as a donation. Free registrations may be cancelled at any time — a quick note helps us plan.

Items purchased through our Amazon wish lists are transactions between you and Amazon, under Amazon’s terms; items are shipped directly to koloHUB or our partners for delivery to Ukraine. In-kind gifts to a 501(c)(3) may be tax-deductible. On request, we will provide a written acknowledgment describing the donated items; under IRS rules, assigning a value to in-kind donations is the donor’s responsibility.
